We have a dedicated team of experienced and enthusiastic negotiators/consultants, whose sole purpose is to get our properties rented as quickly as possible with no/minimum void period. Once instructed, your property will be marketed via a range of proven property portals & marketing mediums plus through our connections with numerous relocation companies as well as contacts at a number of multi- national companies, embassies and other institutions, with the endeavor to find you the highest caliber of Tenant.
Once a suitable tenant has been found and terms of the letting agreed, we will carry out comprehensive referencing, draw up a fully compliant tenancy agreement and arrange any requirements for the tenancy (i.e. cleaning, gas safety check, inventories/check out, furniture provision etc).
We use a state of the art accounts system which allows us to provide you with monthly statements and ensure that rent payments are monitored closely. We also produce a monthly/annual statement (incorporating a full breakdown of income and expenditure) so to simplify your tax return. In addition to this, Vita offers a 24 hour, 365 day a year management response service which will handle all tenant contact and ensure any day-to-day maintenance is dealt with quickly and efficiently.
In our experience, a reactive and communicative management approach is key to maintaining your tenant’s goodwill and keeping your expenditure to an absolute minimum. We can even hold details of your preferred suppliers/contractors and use them in addition to/instead of our approved contractors. Mid tenancy inspections and rent collection are also included within our management service.
